Packing and delivery
Before shipment, every cord goes through 100% end-face inspection, insertion loss testing and tensile testing. 3D end-face testing can be performed on request. Each batch is additionally verified under high- and low-temperature conditions to confirm stable performance across different working environments.
Because connectors, optical cable and ferrules are all produced in-house, quality is controlled across the full process rather than only at final assembly. Testing equipment on site includes end-face inspection microscopes, an IL/RL test station and tensile testing machines.
